Enrolment Forms

Here you will find all the Enrolment Forms you need to get started at the Pause Studio. For all new students, you will need to complete the New Yogalates™ Students Enrolment Form. The Enrolment Forms to attend Pre-Natal Yogalates™ or to enrol your child in Yoga For Kids,  you will see by scrolling down the screen.

If you have not attended a class in a year or more please complete the New Student Form as your health changes.
