We have a great range of yoga pilates classes to choose from. Our classes covers yoga for beginners, men, children, mums as well as babies and classes for experienced yoga students. Once you have chosen a class all you need to do is find a time that suits you.
Yogalates: A fusion of the spirit of yoga & the power of pilates, working with core strength, toning, firming and relaxing.
May include fit ball and band work, building strength and flexibility.
Power Vinyasa: A dynamic series of free flowing yoga postures to build strength in body, mind and spirit.
Yoga Vinyasa: A more vigorous form of yoga with emphasis on synchronizing movement and breathing.
Foundation of Power Yoga: Learn the basic postures. Breathing and alignment of Power Vinyasa Yoga.
Gentle and Beginners: To get you a started, gentle restorative postures and relaxation.
Mums and Bubs: Interactive class for mother and baby, while toning after child birth. Babies to 1 year.
Pre Natal: Postures, breathing relaxation and stretching in preparation for child birth.
Meditation and Art: Envisioning your life’s full potential through meditation and art. Includes sand play, drawing, collage, etc. Please book your class – $20.00 materials supplied.
Hatha Yoga: Hatha Yoga class aims to rejuvenate, re-energise and relax your mind and body by blending steady physical postures, flowing sequences and the breath. Suitable for beginners and general entry students.
Total Body Toner: This is a dynamic Yogalates class to tone and firm the whole body. A complete work out for mind and body.
Kids Class: Children from 5 to 10. To build self-esteem, provide balance, focus and calm.
Teens Class: Teenagers 10 and upwards to build strength and self esteem, and also learning skills to relax.
