Anne Wisbey

I have done Yoga since I was 18 and loved the feeling of connectedness to a higher source.

My love of Yoga guided me to do Yogalates Teacher Training in 2004. This was a huge change of career from mother to Fashion and to then become a Yoga teacher.

Changing lives…

My passion is to teach others the benefits that I get from Yoga. Regular Yoga gives the body strength and flexibility, as well as flexibility of mind. Calmness of mind and spirit encourages self healing and inner growth to fulfill your highest potential.

Yogalates™ – the organic fusion of the spirit of Yoga and the power of Pilates. A great combination to find balance and harmony of the mind body and spirit.

I aim to provide a safe and nurturing class environment for everyone. To feel the benefits of Yoga, age, body condition or capability are no barriers to learning. You will stretch and strengthen major muscle groups, using breath to energise the nervous system, and calming the mind with relaxation and visualisation techniques.

Melissa Norman

I come from a classical ballet and dance background. I have been practicing yoga for the past 9 years, completing my teacher training through the Soloman Yogalates ™ Academy. I am passionate about the combination of the two disciplines of yoga and pilates to one’s life as it has been my anchor and liberates me, which is so essential in daily life.

I teach a dynamic class combining the flexibility, meditative and spiritual moves of Yoga with the muscle strengthening power of Pilates. This provides an ideal balance of mind, body, breathing and movement.

During my class, I aim to suit the needs of individuals by modifying through yoga osona to pilates exercises, supporting an injury free practice. This is achieved in a joyful, positive and fun way! You will leave my class feeling vital and fit with a calm mind and a heightened sense of the light within.
